Complaints:
The patient presented with complaints of descent of the lateral brow tails and upper eyelids, resulting in a tired and heavy appearance of the eyes. She was also concerned about deepening temporal wrinkles and a general loss of definition in the upper third of the face.
Treatment:
A temporal brow lift was performed — a minimally invasive lifting procedure of the temporal region through small incisions placed within the hair-bearing scalp. The procedure allowed elevation of the lateral brow segments and opening of the periocular area without altering the forehead region.
Result:
The eyes appear more open and refreshed, with restoration of a natural brow elevation. The face demonstrates a more rested and rejuvenated appearance while fully preserving the patient’s natural facial features.
