Complaints
The patient presented with complaints of ptosis of the lower facial soft tissues, loss of definition of the facial contour, and development of jowls. She was also concerned about cervical skin laxity and felt that her face appeared older than her actual age.
Treatment
A classic facelift with lifting of the lower face and neck was performed. The procedure allowed restoration of a well-defined mandibular contour, correction of jowl formation, and tightening of the neck skin through concealed incisions placed around the ears.
Result
The facial contour became more defined and tightened, while the neck appeared smoother and more contoured. The patient achieved a noticeably more youthful appearance with full preservation of natural facial expression and individual facial characteristics.
